このポーズはまず真っ直ぐ立ちます。右足を軸にするのでしっかりグラウンディングしておきましょう。左足を後ろへまげて内側から足首に手をかけます。右手を吸って上方へ、印を組みます。吐く息とともに膝頭を高くあげていきます。
このポーズはバランスを強化し、背筋を整えていくヨガポーズです。
