コブラのポーズ:このポーズは甲状腺を刺激し、ホルモンバランスを整えてくれるヨガポーズです

うつ伏せになって寝てください。
両手、手のひらを床にそして 脇はしっかりとしめておきます。
足はまっすぐのばしておきましょう。
吸う息とともに、ゆっくりと体をおこしていきます。
肘がまっすぐになるところまでのばし、空をみていきます。
このまま呼吸を5呼吸ほどキープしていきます。
コブラのポーズは甲状腺を刺激し、ホルモンバランスを整えてくれるヨガポーズです。
